Faculty of Distance Education

Faculty of Distance Education UDUNT (DMetI) began its activities in 1956. It currently offers training in more than 20 specialties.

 History

At the Dnipro Metallurgical Institute (UDUNT, the distance learning faculty (now the Faculty of Distance Education) has existed for more than 60 years. It was established with the aim of expanding the training of engineering personnel for the country's heavy industry and providing young workers and employees with the opportunity to obtain higher education without leaving their jobs. Today, the social aspect of distance and online education is a dominant factor when choosing a form of study, as many young people seek to combine higher education with work.
