Liudmyla Anishchenko

In 1986, she graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute (since 1993 – State Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, and since 1999 – National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine) with a degree in Physical and Chemical Research of Metallurgical Processes, qualifying as a metallurgical engineer, and in 2001, the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, with a qualification in "Organizational Management."

He has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, specifically at the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.

 
Teaches courses: "Organization, Planning, and Standardization of Labor in Industry," "Insurance Services," "Human Resource Management," "Production Organization," "Strategic Management," "Corporate Governance in International Business," "Crisis Management in Industrial Enterprises," "Theory of Organization," "HR Management," "Corporate Culture and Social Responsibility of Business," "Business Finance Management," "Professional and Corporate Ethics," etc. More than 20 textbooks and methodological recommendations for studying the department's disciplines have been published.
Numerous educational and methodological works have been prepared and published with the author's participation, including: Textbook "Corporate Governance" (2019); Educational and methodological recommendations for studying the discipline "International Marketing" (2024); Teaching and methodological recommendations for studying the discipline "Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility" (2025); Teaching and methodological recommendations for studying the discipline "Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility" (2025); Teaching and methodological recommendations for studying the discipline "HR Management" (2025); Teaching and methodological recommendations for studying the discipline "Business Finance Management" (2025); 
Main areas of scientific activity: strategic management and strategic analysis; personnel management; aspects of crisis management; corporate governance effectiveness; ethics and social responsibility in organizational resource management. Author of a monograph and over 30 publications in leading scientific and business publications in Ukraine.
