Vishnevska Mariia Kostiantynivna

A graduate with honors of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, she obtained a Master’s degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity in 2006 and completed postgraduate studies in 2011.

In 2012, a PhD dissertation entitled «Models and Methods for the Formation of Methodological and Organizational Support of Regional Innovation Development Programs» was successfully defended at Donetsk State University of Management in the specialty 05.13.22 – Project and Program Management, resulting in the award of the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD).

The academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Management was conferred in 2018.

Professional activity has included work as an Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Administration since 2014, and since 2026 – at the Department of International Economics, Management, and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines.

Academic and administrative experience includes service as a member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Economics and Management of DMetI, as well as duties of Deputy Head of the Department for research-methodological and academic work.

Extensive experience in supervising students’ research has resulted in numerous prize-winning achievements at All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads and national competitions of student research papers.

More than 100 scientific and educational-methodological publications have been authored. During 2023–2025, participation as a responsible executor in a state-funded research project (B404010023) of the Department of Management entitled «Research of Modern Aspects of Management Psychology» was carried out.

Since 2023, membership has been held in the Public Scientific Organization «International Center for the Development of Science and Technology».

Teaching activities cover courses such as «Fundamentals of Business», «Communication Management», «Self-Management», «Management Psychology», «Organization and Planning in Industry», «Organization and Planning of Metallurgical Production», «Corporate Governance in International Companies», «International Transportation», «Methodology and Organization of Scientific Research», among others.

Research interests focus on personal development and efficiency management, contemporary trends in business management, and organizational and managerial aspects of production process planning.
