Shportko Hanna

Graduated with honors from the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute with a technical degree (1985), postgraduate studies (1990), and the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine with a degree in Foreign Economic Activity Management (2010).

She defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences (2007). She was awarded a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy in Technical Sciences, 2009).

She was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Management in 2015.

Since 2009, she has been working as an associate professor in the Department of Management and Administration, and since 2026, in the Department of International Economics, Management, and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines.

She coordinated and organized students' research activities. She has repeatedly been the scientific supervisor of students who have won prizes at All-Ukrainian student Olympiads and scientific work competitions.

Author of over 150 scientific and educational-methodological works.

Since 2024, she has been providing scientific consulting to the Federation of Employers' Organizations of Dnipropetrovsk Region (FORD).

She teaches the following subjects: «Management of Organizations», «Public Administration», «International Marketing», «Management Administration», «International Credit, Settlement, and Currency Transactions» and others.

Her research interests include modern approaches to Management of Organizations, namely strategic management, corporate governance, human resource management, change management, and marketing, operational, and foreign economic activities in the context of digital transformation.
